Cultivate spirit (yes, even atheists) to nourish inner light & fire

I’ve been sharing for weeks about the fire element: sparkles, joy, creativity, drama, panache, amusement parks, fireworks, fun in the sun – ingredients that nourish fire element folks and ingredients that can nourish the fire within all of us.

As much as fire can flare up and cause anxiety or insomnia. It can also go dim. Depression, dysthymia, apathy, numbness are signs that the heart and the fire element need nourishment.

There are so many ways to nourish fire and each person will have a best route to get there. An earth element personality may not gravitate to wearing sparkles but wearing a pink shirt would do the trick. A water element person may cringe at the idea of running around, tossing a ball at the beach but snorkeling and exploring the ocean would nourish their delight.

Another way of nourishing fire is to cultivate your connection to divinity, mysticism, ecstasy and spiritual devotion. Regardless of your belief in a higher power, there’s a way to align with this vibration in order to ignite your inner light and lift your spirit. I’ve recorded a few thoughts about this to help round out your relationship to and facility with using the fire element to keep your heart open and uplifted:

What has become your favorite way to nourish the fire element in your life?
